At Shine & Style, we are committed to providing high-quality products and customer satisfaction. However, returns are only accepted under specific conditions. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

1. The item received is defective, damaged, or does not match the product you ordered.

2. The product value is ₹1000 or more. Items priced under ₹1000 are not eligible for return or refund.

3. The return request must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the item.

4. The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at contact@shine-style.com or call us at +91 9632003137 within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photos of the defective or incorrect product.

3. Our customer support team will verify the issue and provide return authorization if the request is approved.

Return Shipping

• For approved returns, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:

1. The returned item(s) meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

2. The refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited within 5-7 days to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Non-Refundable Items

• Products priced under ₹1000 are not eligible for returns or refunds.

• Returns for reasons other than defects or incorrect products (e.g., change of mind, size issues) are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it with the correct product at no additional cost and replacement/exchange product will be delivered within 10-12 days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or is defective, please contact us immediately. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Important Notes

1. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2. Requests submitted after the 48-hour window will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

3. Products priced under ₹1000 and items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned or refunded.
